Reviews of Ecobank Rwanda - Kigali

I was not happy for the service at ecobank sonatube I had to wait for too long cause teller number 1 couldn't help with RIA service that's okey he was polite he told me teller 2 will help but she kept assisting people who came after me when I was waiting there he could directly help some people without them waiting she sent some in the back office I spent there one hour I'm not lying you can check camera I'm not that person of complaining but when i went to her asking her why is taking long she answered me in rude way she really need to improve her good attitude to ward customers thank you hope to get good service from her I didn't get her name cause she had no name tag but she was the only lady there
