Ikaze, Rwanda Tours & Travel Services Ltd is a local owned and operated tour and travel company, legally registered in Rwanda. The company’s establishment derived from a long time dream from its owner, to run a fully-fledged tourism business entity to employ himself, while also availing employment opportunities to many other fellow citizens, after realizing a high rate of unemployment prevailing in the local society, especially among youth; who in most cases, after completing their studies, struggle to secure stable paying jobs, already scarce on the market. The owner was as well motivated by his own industry experience, having been in tourism and hospitality industry for over five years, working as an office coordinator in a private tour firm, hotel receptionist, destination tour guide
