Day 1
Arrival and drive to Nyungwe Forest national park
Day 2
Chimpanzee Tracking, After an early warm breakfast, you will be taken to the headquarters of Nyungwe forest national park. Here you will be briefed and assigned a game ranger to guide you as you track chimpanzees.
Day 3
Transfer to Kinigi
Day 4
Gorilla Trekking & Touring of the Twin Lakes you will be needed at the Volcanoes park headquarters as early as 7:30am therefore you need t wake up early and have breakfast because you need enough energy stored up. You will be briefed, assigned a guide and a gorilla family that you will visi. In the afternoon you will be taken to tour the twin lakes including lake Burera and lake Ruhondo. This will be followed by very tasty dinner before heading back to your lodge.
Day 5
Return to Kigali Kigali, have a city tour, You will later check-in in a hotel for dinner and also stay there for the night.
Day 6
Tour at Akagera National Park today is dedicated to Akagera national park which is home to hippos, crocodiles aas well as water birds. You will be driven east of Rwanda to the headquarters of the park where you will be briefed. While there you will have a boat ride on Lake Ihema. Accommodation is available at the park and you will get to choose where you would like to spend the night.
Day 7
we shall have a morning game drive after breakfast before heading for Kigali. Later you will return to your lodge for a quick lunch then you will be driven back to Kigali where you will get your flight or spend the night before you leave the following day.
