Job description

• Understand client goals and develop measurable digital marketing strategies and appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to achieve them.
• Coordinate with the Marketing team to promote brand messaging across all media channels.
• Assist the Digital Media Manager in developing media strategies that empower marketing campaigns.
• Help pull results and information to inform campaign reports.
• Suggest methods to enhance marketing communication efforts through relevant market research, competitive analysis, etc.
• Create periodic reports to optimize platform messaging by analysing user behaviour trends, performance metrics, etc…
• Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g., website, blogs, press releases and podcasts)
• Manage digital projects.
• Present digital media recommendations to clients.
• Maintain a strong online company voice through social media.
• Monitor ROI and KPIs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a similar field.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• 2+ years of experience in Digital Media or a similar role.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Proficiency in Adobe Suite and Microsoft Office Suite is a must.
• Understanding of social media analytics and email tracking tools.
• Familiarity with CRM and CMS—WordPress preferably.
• Working knowledge of email marketing platforms (EveryAction, MailChimp, etc.)
• Experience in communications management is preferred.
