Job vacancy Client Account - ACCA

We are seeking a qualified ACCA Client Accountant for an expatriate contract with our client, located in Mauritius.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting, supervising, and managing a team of junior, semi-senior, and senior accounting personnel in the preparation of financial statements in IFRS format for Global Business Companies (including fund structures), International Companies, Authorised Companies, Domestic Companies, and Trusts
• Assisting in preparing consolidated financial statements
• Ensuring adequate disclosures in accordance with IFRS requirements
• Ensuring quality assurance of all work performed
• Mentoring and training team members
• Assisting in tax-related work
• Liaising with clients, auditors, tax authorities, and regulators.

• Accounting degree
• ACCA/ACA qualified with proficiency in IFRS
• Two years post-qualification experience (totalling 5-10 years)
• Computer literate
• Client and service-focused
• Good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lead and work in a team.
