Hooza is a Digital Media house registered at the Rwanda Development Board (RDB) and a certified media outlet registered at the Rwanda Media Commission (RMC), based in Kigali Rwanda and working in the field of digital broadcast and business consultancy in Central and East Africa.
We broadcast daily multimedia short programs on demand to mobile users in Central and East Africa.
Hooza also supports African Governments through its Mobile Governance service that enables a 2 ways communication channel between non-profit, private and public institutions and the population using audio Interactive Voice Response technology for mobile phones. The Mobile Governance tools is mainly use for mass dissemination of health awareness campaign, polls and surveys, mobile earning, civic education campaigns, disaster and weather alerts and public service announcements. Our suite of mobile solution has been used by the National Electoral Commission in Rwanda for its Civic Education campaign in the 2017 presidential elections, attracting more that 400,000 unique users.

As a Business Consultancy firm, Hooza has an expertise in management consultancy, entrepreneurship mentoring, training and coaching. We train young entrepreneurs to build their business and source for funding through incubation hubs and accelerators program with a focus on women empowerment and social and economic development in rural areas. Hooza maintain support and assistance and insure projects sustainability. Some of our mentees were awarded in the Rwanda Development Board Awards in 2017; the Tony Elumelu Foundation Entrepreneurship Program in Nigeria since 2015 as well as the USA based non-profit These Numbers Have Faces since 2016.
