Review Terrible service

I had called 5 times to make a simple enquiry ( how much do you charge for the services, what is the weight limit and rate of insurance for sending a courier) I didn't even get to ask them any of my questions when the person picked up and cut the call and failed to pick up my calls after that. It's diabolical to cut the call on a customer.
