Review of TIGO RWANDA

Zero customer service. I cancelled a service with them but they keep sending me the bills. I tried to contact them on linkedin, twitter, facebook, their website even on their phone number but none can take care of this issue. Unbelievable. I live in Northern American country and i was trying to compare the type of customer service these guys provide with what my service provider provides and I came up with a conclusion that Tigo Rwanda has zero customer service.
